Description:
This project involved the interior build-out of five floors at 2021 L Street for the American Society of Hematology's (ASH) new headquarters and the replacement of the entire HVAC system for the building. An open communicating stair with glass handrails was constructed to connect the sixth through the ninth floors.
Large conference / meeting rooms with operable partitions to provide maximum flexibility were provided on the 10th floor. The project also includes a new cafeteria and fitness center for use by the tenants.
